How to watch movies and TV on Hulu from outside the USA

As you might be knowing Hulu (http://hulu.com) is a popular online service that legally streams TV Shows, movies and other video content from big media houses like NBC, Fox, Bravo, CNet, Time etc, and uses commercials to support itself. The selection is really amazing and you can always keep up with your favorite sitcoms or shows, you do not need registration either just to view content.
| The problem is, the service is available to only US residents, and if you are located outside of the US (travelling, visiting etc) you still can’t view the content. Now there is a way you can do that! You can download free software called Hotspot Shield (http://hotspotshield.com/) which was originally designed to protect you and your machine when using publicly available free wireless hotspots. |
The software essentially creates a VPN (Virtual Private Network) connect to the HotspotShield servers and you are assigned an internal address such as 10.0.0.x , your real WAN side address that is exposed to the internet now becomes the HotSpotShield's VPN server's address. When you want to disconnect from the HotSpotShield, simply click the icon on your system tray to disconnect the VPN.
You have to launch HotSpotShield first and then connect to Hulu's website. Sometimes you would get a message on Hulu's media player saying it could not display the content and to check your connection, do not get disappointed, just let 30 seconds pass (it checks your connection again in 30 seconds), and it should now be able to stream ok. Hope you get to enjoy HULU now, be sure to check out the article we posted article about Watching Movies Stealthily without your boss ever knowing (http://indiawebsearch.com/content/watch-movies-on-your-computer-stealthily-without-your-boss-ever-knowing)
