Open Internet Favorites or Shortcuts in a Seperate window

You can open Internet Explorer shortcuts or Favorites in a new window by double clicking on them if you have the following setting [b]DISABLED[/b] in Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> (Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts)
